Internal size will be 3900mm wide x 5400mm deep x 2400mm high, complete with a single entrance/exit door, erected on a purpose build, adjustable steel chassis to accommodate uneven ground.

The Construction consists of frameless insulated self supporting modular panels 80mm thick, CFC FREE self extinguishing type, with the same type floor panels, being reinforced with 9mm thick WBP and finished in slip resistant fully welded vinyl.

The facility contains the following equipment and fittings,

Item 1 A wall mounted post mortem station with a 2 part 3000mm long x 650mm wide worktop complete with a full length rear upstand 60mm high. Comprising, instrument /organ sink, dissecting area, scales / equipment area, glove wash/instrument sink, front and side support valences some 500mm high to enable all pipework and drainage to be concealed, a low level tray sluice complete with flushing rim and 102 mm back outlet, all manufactured from 1.22 mm thick 304 grade 240 grit dull polished stainless steel.
Fittings to comprise
15mm pillar H/C lever type mixer tap chromium plated. Thermostatic fail-safe mixing valve. Stand up stainless steel strainer waste bowl fitting. Pressure reducing valve.
Trigger action spray attachment. 3000mm of smooth finish flexible hose. Lever type isolator.

Item 2* A Tray Transfer Trolley manufactured from 304 grade dull polished stainless steel box sections. Each trolley features adjustable height, minimum 710mm maximum 830mm, buffer protection to all corners, swivel and wheel rotation locks on all 4 castors, 8 no tray support rollers, hydraulically operated tilt mechanism for drainage and a tray locking device.

Item 3* A battery operated hydraulic stacking trolley, complete with grooved rubber rollers for tray skids, 4 x swivel and rotation locking castors, along with buffer protection to all corners. Minimum lift height 360mm to the bottom tier with each additional tier some 340mm apart, maximum lift height 1720mm, to suit the 5 tier racking system.

Item 4 A stainless steel wash hand basin approximately 385mm wide x 330mm deep complete with tapered bowl, waste and a pair of heavy duty chromium plated lever action taps.

Item 5 Sufficient waterproof light fittings will be provided to ensure a minimum level of some 1000 lux at working height in the working area, along with 2 x twin RCD protected power outlets.

Item 6 An air extraction unit capable of achieving a minimum of 20 air changes p/h on a negative pressure will be provided to extract at the dissecting area and low level. Heating will be via a high level 400mm diameter vent axia tube heater, complete with louvre and grille.

Item 7 A 3 bay x 5 tier refrigerated body storage cabinet pass-through type with stainless steel racking systems and 15 x 650 PME trays,* complete with and integral packaged refrigeration unit.

* In order to minimise rental costs, these items are supplied new and usually form part of the contract equipment supply.
