The design criteria of our mortuary trays was to achieve a long lasting , quality manufactured product, that is both safe and easy to clean, yet be durable in use.

All the models of our mortuary trays are manufactured from high quality 1.22mm thick, 304 grade, 240 grit, dull polished stainless steel and are suitable in use for post mortem's, embalming or body storage.

The combination of the unique pressing, along with the addition of full length box section skids and stiffeners, welded to the tray, achieves a very strong and robust construction.

The design guarantees that they have a crevice free hygenic surface, which is easy to clean and ensures that when the tray is in use, fluids are channelled to the tray drain.

With safe handling in mind we have incorporated safety folds to the perimeter of the tray. This eliminates all sharp edges which enables the technicians to clean or lift the trays without fear of being cut.
